Cancellation Policy

**Booking Policy** Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. A confirmed appointment date and time will be provided once the estimate has been approved. Surface Response Solutions LLC reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers must ensure that the work area is accessible and that all pets, vehicles, and personal belongings are moved prior to the scheduled service time. **Cancellation Policy** Customers may cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Surface Response Solutions LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control. **Waitlist Policy** Customers may request to be placed on a waitlist for earlier appointment availability. If an appointment becomes available, customers on the waitlist will be contacted in the order they were added. Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee an earlier appointment. If a customer does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, the available appointment may be offered to the next customer on the list.
